Tracey Brophy Warson is a private investor and serves as a strategic advisor for multiple startup companies. She has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. This includes executive roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Citi Private Bank. At Citi, her responsibilities spanned $230 billion in client business volume and 25 offices across the U.S. and Canada. While there, she also served as the Co-Chair of Citi Women, Citi's global strategy to hire, promote, retain and promote women. She led the firm’s progress in pay equity and representation.
Tracey currently serves on the Board of InterPrivate II Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company, and SilverSpike Capital, LLC, a publicly traded company that focuses on lending primarily in the alternative health and wellness industries.
